They have several credentials including a Kahnawake Gaming Commission license, SSL encryption, yearly audits by eCOGRA, terms that are accessible, and a supposedly 24/7 live chat center. They also have 28 years of experience in the business. Having a Kahnawake license does differ from having a license from the AGCO. However, both have their own regulations and a dispute process. What negatively affected the rating the most? Jackpot City has a 35x playthrough requirement. Blackjack, roulette, and poker only count 2-8%, with baccarat and craps counting 0%, and progressive jackpot games not counting at all. For deposit options, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and prepaid cards are limited to deposits, and a cash-out after a welcome bonus may be capped.

Deposit Speed & Fees
A minimum deposit of $10 is required and deposits are typically processed quickly. The FAQ states that deposits and withdrawals will not incur any charges. However, your bank may charge a fee. According to the General Terms and Conditions of the site, charges may be levied on withdrawals.
Jackpot City Withdrawal Times
There is some inconsistency with the information provided by Jackpot City. The payments page states the modes of payment and the respective processing times. The FAQ states withdrawals are processed within 2 hours. The About page states withdrawals are processed in 24 to 48 hours. The terms and conditions state once a withdrawal is requested, it is kept on hold for 24 hours. During this time, it can be canceled. The terms also state that withdrawals are not processed on weekends.
All withdrawals are processed using the mode of payment that was used to make a deposit, up to the amount that was deposited. Before the first withdrawal, Jackpot City may require you to verify your address and/or ID.
Withdrawal Limits & Restrictions
If the welcome bonus is taken, there is a 6 times limit on the withdrawal. The rest of the winnings are forfeited. The terms and conditions state that this is done at the discretion of management, and this rule is exempt for progressive jackpots.
The General Terms and Conditions also state that management may limit the total amount withdrawn to £10,000 in 24 hours. If more than 5 times your total lifetime deposit is withdrawn, management may review your game play and pay you no more than €4,000 a week until your total winnings are paid. The General Terms and Conditions state that these provisions may be applied to a player’s account at management’s discretion, except in the case of a progressive jackpot win. A progressive jackpot win is exempt from these provisions.
Inactive Accounts: If no Log Ins In 6 Months: JackpotCity reserves the right to charge €10 per month from account balance, for 18 months, after which time any remaining balance will be forfeited. This, however, will not apply if any one of the Casino Group accounts is in active status.
Our Take: Plenty of Ways to Deposit, Fewer Ways to Withdraw: Withdrawals are limited to Interac, Visa, e-checks, and INSTADEBIT. For a big win, keep in mind the 6x restriction that is applied after the welcome bonus.

Who Can Play: Provinces and VPNs
The International site does not allow residents from Ontario and Alberta to open accounts and these two provinces have separate Jackpot City sites. Jackpot City’s Terms and Conditions state that you are not allowed to get around any restrictions or controls, and if you do use a VPN, Jackpot City has the right to confiscate your winnings and close your account.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission Licence 01059
JackpotCity's terms and conditions and footer links to a licence issued to Baytree Interactive Ltd. on August 26, 2026 (licence 01059). The KGC lists Baytree as the permit holder for JackpotCity Casino, and the permit expires on August 3, 2031. Baytree is listed on the public permit holder list of the KGC. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission was established in 1996, and began to regulate online gaming in 1999.
This online gaming system is different from the one implemented by the Ontario government. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission is one of the last resorts in case an agreement can not be reached between Jackpot City Casino and eCOGRA to resolve a customer’s complaint.

Good
We conducted an in-depth examination of JackpotCity (16 October 2026). eCOGRA-evaluated games and a commitment to SSL encryption are positive indicators, along with 24/7 customer support and a helpful responsible gaming policy. For Canadians residing outside of Alberta and Ontario, Jackpot City is a reputable company.
Better terms could include 15x play-through instead of 35x, full game contributions (instead of 2%-8% for BJ, Roulette, Poker, and 0% for Baccarat), and crypto withdrawals. The welcome bonus carries a cap on large wins (6x the first deposit) and the terms state progressive jackpot wins are exempt.
BEST FOR: Players in Canada who aren't from either Ontario or Alberta. We like that they offer Interac as a cashout option, and we appreciate the Welcome Package. Their Mega Millionaire Wheel spin is good for extra bonuses. If you are OK with 35x playthrough and you enjoy spinning the reels, this could be a great site for you.
