What held it back? JackpotCity's published bonus terms include a 35x wagering requirement, and table games only count 0-8%. Progressive jackpot games are entirely excluded. For payment methods, during our review only Visa, Mastercard, Interac and eCheck were accepted. Since then, the site has added Apple Pay and American Express for deposits, but not for withdrawals, and still no crypto. We like the site design and it rates 7.6.

The minimum deposit is typically C$10, and deposits are usually reflected in your account immediately. If a deposit doesn't go through, JackpotCity suggests contacting your bank. eCheck deposits are no longer available. JackpotCity does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your bank may.
Jackpot City Ontario Withdrawal Times
According to JackpotCity, withdrawals made using Visa may take between 1 and 24 hours, and Interac and eCheck may take between 1 and 3 business days. MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay don't support withdrawals. JackpotCity sends your winnings back to the method you deposited with, up to the amount deposited. JackpotCity's payments page says the 48-hour reversal window is no longer in effect and withdrawals are processed on weekends. However, JackpotCity's general terms (last updated on April 16, 2026) state withdrawals are pending for 24 hours and are not processed on weekends. Prepare for the longer of the two.
Prior to making any withdrawals, JackpotCity may request and store documents, such as government issued identification and proof of address. This is typically only done for the first withdrawal.
Withdrawal Limits & Restrictions
If you take a welcome bonus, note that your first cash-out request is capped at 6 times the amount of your first deposit. Therefore, if your first deposit is $100 and your first cash-out request is for $1,000, the cash-out request is only processed for $600. JackpotCity applies this at management's discretion. Normal cash-out requests after the first are not capped, and cash-out requests for progressive jackpot wins are not capped.
The information mentioned above is based on the promotional terms and conditions of JackpotCity published in November 2023. The offer banner on their Ontario homepage matches what we have mentioned above. However, other pages of their site describe a different welcome offer, so make sure to read the terms and conditions that apply when a promotion is claimed.
Inactive accounts: JackpotCity may begin charging a C$10 monthly admin fee, starting 30 days after notice, if you do not log in for 6 consecutive months. Logging in once will keep your account active.
✓ Our Take: JackpotCity has made some improvements, however the suite is still relatively limited. Amex and Apple Pay are also available for deposit, however for withdrawals you are limited to Interac, Visa or eCheck, and there is no crypto. With a bonus, the first cashout can be capped at 6x the first deposit. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this limit.
