How Betway's Flexi Bonus Works
Betway's bonus system, Flexi, explains that during a bonus period, all bets are placed using both the cash and bonus balances. Winnings are also divided in the same ratio. The cash balance can be withdrawn at any time; however, this will remove the remaining bonus balance. The bonus balance will automatically be converted to cash once the wagering requirement has been completed.

Which Games Count Toward the 50x?
Slots and parlor games fully contribute to the welcome offer. However, Betway has over 40 slots that contribute at 8%, the same rate as most variants of roulette, blackjack and table poker. At 8%, you would need to wager C$62,500 to meet the C$5,000 requirement. Traditional Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Sic Bo, Red Dog and crash games (i.e. Aviator) do not contribute. Payouts that are processed on a business day (Monday to Friday) are expected to be in your account within 2 business days via the Interac e-Transfer service. The transfer is only credited to your account if you accept it within your banking application. Once the transfer is initiated by Betway, you have 30 days to accept it, or it will be revoked and Betway will process the payment again.
When you make a withdrawal, it is sent to the account you used to make your last deposit, if possible. It is also only sent to accounts which are in your name. You must first make a deposit using a particular method to be able to make a withdrawal using that method. If you have an active bonus and you make a withdrawal, the bonus is forfeited.

After 12 months of inactivity, your account is deemed inactive. According to Betway's terms and conditions, Betway Limited (company C39710) of 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira, Malta, operates Betway under a licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/CRP/130/2006), which was granted on the 1st August 2018. As at 18th October 2026, the MGA public register states that Betway Limited is ‘Licensed’ to operate sports betting and games under the authority of the licence, with eCOGRA as Betway Limited’s approved dispute resolution provider, and with betway.com as a related website.
Betway is part of the Super Group Ltd who are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SGHC). Customer funds are kept in a separate account to Betway's operating funds. Betway's terms of use are governed by Maltese law and the courts of Malta will govern and resolve any disputes.
Is Betway Legal in Canada?
For other parts of Canada, Betway operates under its Maltese licence. Betway has an AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) licensed website, meaning the terms and conditions of Betway excludes the province of Ontario (see our Ontario casinos). Alberta is not included in the terms and conditions exclusions, but players from Alberta are directed to Betway’s site that is licensed by the AGLC.
