In the bonus terms at SlotsGem, it states deposit bonus payments are to be wagered 40x. It's unclear if the deposit and bonus payment is to be wagered. In the FAQ, it states you must wager the bonus payment, which indicates the bonus payment alone is to be wagered. Live chat may provide clarity. For a C$500 first deposit, which comes with a C$600 bonus, it's 40x the bonus payment, which equates to C$24,000, and without bonus payment conditions, it is 40x the deposit and bonus payment, which equates to C$44,000.
The 3x Deposit Rule
SlotsGem outlines in their terms that each deposit (with or without a bonus) is subject to rollover three times (once on sports bets). This means that a C$100 deposit would require a total of C$300 in bets. SlotsGem can also charge processing fees for a withdrawal and a deposit. SlotsGem can also forfeit free spins if the deposit is not bet three times first.

Critical Info
There are three opportunities for you to lose money here. The first is cashing out before you’ve wagered your deposit 3x, in which case you can lose money on the processing fee. The second is incurring a monthly fee of 10 EUR on the remaining balance of an account you’ve neglected for 12 months. The last is losing money on a 12.5 EUR manual bank transfer if you close your account with an unresolved positive balance. The FAQ also indicates that your account will be blocked if there’s no activity for 3 months, but it can be unblocked.
SlotsGem unfortunately makes it difficult to determine how their cashier works, because they do not disclose this information to the public. From what SlotsGem discloses, the time it takes for them to process withdrawals is tolerable. There is also the 3x deposit rule, limits and fees imposed by SlotsGem, and the 28 country restriction for SlotsGem's Mastercard.

Who Owns SlotsGem? Licence Check
SlotsGem's footer and terms point to Lufilight Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company with company number 2186018 and a Kahnawake licence (No. 01031, issued November 5, 2025). Lufilight Ltd is listed on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permits register (checked October 24, 2026) for slotsgem.com, hellspin.com and ivibet.com, meaning SlotsGem is related to both HellSpin and Ivibet.
Some discrepancies are noted. The terms indicate the laws of Curaçao are applicable. Furthermore, some review websites indicate Latcas B.V. as the operator for SlotsGem. None of the terms and conditions of SlotsGem point towards Latcas B.V. As with HellSpin, SlotsGem does not mention a second operator in its terms and conditions.
Is SlotsGem Legal in Canada?
SlotsGem is an offshore online casino. While it is not specifically prohibited in Canada, it is not mentioned in iGaming Ontario's or Alberta iGaming's (on October 24, 2026) lists of licensed casinos. We reviewed SlotsGem’s Canadian site and noted the full terms, bonus rules, promotions, VIP rules, and the responsible gaming page. We checked their gaming licenses against the registers of Kahnawake, and Ontario and Alberta.
The welcome package offers up to C$10,000 and 750 Free Spins. However, the best matches are offered on deposits of C$400 to C$500. Also, there’s 40x wagering, which applies to slots only, plus there’s a C$8 bet limit. Each deposit has to be wagered 3 times before you can make a withdrawal, and if you don’t do this, the house can charge you a processing fee.
SlotsGem offers Interac, cryptocurrency, and other e-payment methods, and states that it tries to process e-wallet payouts within 12 hours. Unfortunately, you cannot view the cashier to see the fees before creating an account. There are some good security features as the licence is from Kahnawake, and the website shows a single operator.
