Lufilight Ltd is listed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission against hellspin.com. Unresolved complaints are to be directed to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as well.
There are inconsistencies with this information throughout their website. Their privacy policy (including the Canadian version) states the site is operated by TechOptions (CY) Group Limited in Cyprus and TechOptions Group B.V. in Curaçao and holds a Kahnawake gaming license (00996). However, the Curaçao Gaming Authority has no record of the company. TechOptions is also not on the Gaming Commission’s permit holder list. Their Canadian home page states HellSpin is operated by the Curaçao license (OGL/2024/2419/1067) holders company “Hellspin Operations N.V.”, however, this company and license number are also not on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s records. Overall, we assume the Kahnawake Gaming License mentioned is the license that governs the site.
