LeoVegas says its Ontario casino has over 3,000 slots with more added weekly, and more than 100 live dealer tables. It has blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows and poker. It has exclusives such as The Golden Lion 2, in its LeoVegas Studios row. The jackpot runs on selected slots, and is on the LeoJackpot. A sportsbook is on the same account.
Simplified payment options include Interac, Visa, Mastercard or Google Pay for deposit, and Interac or bank transfers for withdrawal.

Deposit Speed & Fees
LeoVegas says Interac deposits are processed immediately and notes that your bank may also charge fees. LeoVegas will not charge you to process a withdrawal, but it may charge you 5% to process a cash out if the cash out is $10 or more and you have not wagered the cash out at least once.
LeoVegas Ontario Withdrawal Times
If LeoVegas verifies your ID and other documents, it aims to process a withdrawal in 24 hours. However, it may take LeoVegas 5 days to process the withdrawal and send the funds. Funds sent by LeoVegas may take up to 5 days to reach you. LeoVegas says Interac eCash out takes up to 5 days to reach you. LeoVegas's FAQ says a bank transfer also takes 5 days.
Withdrawal requests are processed using the same method which was used to make the deposit. You can only make a withdrawal request through your account. Once processed, the withdrawal is irrevocable. Withdrawal requests may also be cancelled prior to processing. Bonus funds are forfeited if you make a withdrawal request while bonus funds are in your account.
Banks That Don't Accept Casino Payouts
LeoVegas has provided a list of banks that do not accept funds from online casinos. These include Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, Tangerine, Santander and Connexus. If your bank is on this list, you may be asked to withdraw your funds with ID, proof of address and bank statement, to an account that supports online gambling transactions.
Inactive Accounts
A Real Money account, per the terms, becomes Inactive if not logged into for a period of 12 months. LeoVegas will email you 30 days in advance to give you an opportunity to log into your account and retain your funds. If you do not log into your account, LeoVegas will attempt to return your funds. The terms do not state if LeoVegas charges a fee for this service. However, a LeoVegas help center article (Oct. 2026) states that if the account remains Inactive for over 12 months, LeoVegas will charge a monthly maintenance fee of $5, and will deduct this charge from your account. Logging into your account once a year will prevent this maintenance fee from being charged.
Deposits and withdrawals via Interac are supported. LeoVegas states that it may take a casino staff 5 business days to process a withdrawal. It is also noted that a number of the bigger and/or more popular banks support restrictions on casino payouts.
LeoVegas Ontario Games & Apps
LeoVegas’s homepage states their online casino in Ontario has over 100 live casino games, in addition to over 3,000 online slots. On October 3, 2026, the lobby had online casino games developed by Relax, Hacksaw, and Blueprint Gaming. The lobby also featured casino games developed by LeoVegas Studios and Live casino games from Las Vegas. The same account also offers a sportsbook and Bingo games. LeoVegas Help center also states their LeoVegas Exclusive Live Tables are operated from Evolution’s Studios in Latvia.
LeoJackpot
LeoJackpot is LeoVegas’s own pooled progressive jackpot. You opt in for particular games and each spin thereafter adds $0.10 to the jackpot. The lobby also shows the current Mega, Major, Minor and Mini jackpots.
LeoVegas Ontario App
The Ontario app is LeoVegas Real Money Casino, and both the App Store and Google Play have the Tigergen license text. The app had an average rating of 2.9/5 (64 reviews) on the App Store and 3.8/5 (20 reviews) on Google Play (5,000+ installs) as of October 17, 2026. The App Store reviews indicated users had to upload identification to verify their identity in order to make withdrawals. Users can play LeoVegas through their mobile browsers, and LeoVegas states that their site is mobile optimized.

AGCO Licence and iGaming Ontario
Tigergen Limited is an agent of iGaming Ontario and holds a permit from the AGCO (licence number OPIG1337312). iGaming Ontario conducts and manages the iGaming services. Tigergen is merely the agent of iGaming Ontario for the provision of the services. As of September 1, 2026, iGaming Ontario’s public list of regulated sites included TigerGen Limited, along with LeoVegas and Royal Panda. In April 2023, the AGCO sent a notice to LeoVegas Gaming PLC for failure to ensure that games offered on its site were legally certified, and imposed a monetary penalty of CAD 25,000. The AGCO said LeoVegas could challenge the decision.
Operator Information
TigerGen Limited (registration number: C102961) is the company you contract with and is Malta registered, located in Sliema. LeoVegas is a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International. The contract acts and is to be interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the courts of the city of Toronto will hear any and all claims and disputes. Bets are confirmed on LeoVegas’s servers in Belgium. Payments and charges show on your bank statement as Tiger Gen or LeoVegas.
Data Protection and Privacy
According to LeoVegas's Ontario privacy policy (version 1.2, October 27, 2025), Tigergen collects your personal information as iGaming Ontario’s agent under the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. They may transfer your information to a jurisdiction outside of Canada where it is protected equivalent to the level of protection provided by the Act. They share self-exclusion information with their other iGaming brands. They may also retain your personal information for up to 10 years after closure of your account. Under the Act, they must notify both you and iGaming Ontario of any breach of your personal information. Fair Gaming and Game Integrity
They say they use SSL to encrypt your information during financial transactions and TLS for upload of personal information and ID during verification. Veriff holds ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. They use a random number generator for digital games which are certified by an AGCO-approved independent testing lab. They must also ensure that you have only one account. They close any duplicates and may charge an administrative fee of 10% of your deposit.
